Pledge
It is crucial, as we age, to maintain our sense of self-worth and purpose, ensuring we do not lose sight of our intrinsic value and significance, It is accepted that ageist language and media portrayal of older people can have a detrimental impact, thereby fostering feelings of being marginalised that can contribute to elevated levels of stress. Longevity impacts the health and wellbeing of others and I am dedicated to empowering individuals by ensuring they feel acknowledged and appreciated for their unique qualities and the meaningful contributions they can continue to offer.
