Henry has worked across the Third Age sector for over 20’s in both later living and the nursing and care sector. A student of the global later living sector, focused on bringing innovation to the UK sector in product, services and regulation. At the heart of his beliefs are that intergenerational, active and inclusive communities create the happiest and warmest places to live and work.

Pledge

Sally was an inspiration to those who had the pleasure to meet her. She provided guidance, humour and drive to make a difference. Many of our residents provide inspiration like Sally at ages where society sometimes judges them based on their age. I pledge to always listen and learn from people no matter what their age, and to support those to be an active and rewarded part of society. As an advocate for changing the perception of later living and care for the better, I pledge to work to demonstrate that age is an irrelevance and should not be a reason to judge or dismiss.
