My Pledge

As a very early advocate of age irrelevance when I was on the board of the IPM (now CIPD) it is something I very much believe in. It is even more relevant to me now at 78! There is a big rise in number of over-70s in the workplace - with the King leading by example. It is time for boardroom debates to recognise what age irrelevance means for embracing talent in all phases of life.
