Our Goal

Every Human Resources professional knows about the longevity imperative.

There are 160,000 members of the professional organisation Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). We want all to be inspired to future proof employment growth to support the 50 year career - and the emergence of 5 generations in one workforce. Understanding the needs of different ages and stages of life and the accomodations needed.

Impact and Activity 

Engage the CIPD as a changemaker with a strong presence at their annual conference connecting to CIPD members through their communication channels. Amplify our campaign through active changemakers working with employers on age inclusion.
